ZYN is a fitness app designed for equipment-free workouts at home or wherever you choose. Start by selecting your goal, experience level, target muscle groups, preferred workout days, and session length. ZYN uses this information to create personalized daily and weekly workout plans. Explore a library of more than 150 strength, cardio, core, mobility, balance, and explosive exercises. Filter exercises by muscle group, difficulty level, and category, search for specific movements, and save your favorites. Each exercise page includes visual guidance, step-by-step instructions, coaching tips, targeted muscles, and easier or more challenging variations. Tap the front and back regions of the interactive muscle map to find relevant exercises. Color coding helps you see which muscle groups you have trained in recent days. The workout player presents warm-up, exercise, rest, and round intervals on a single screen. Follow your workout with optional voice coaching, countdown sounds, vibration, and a keep-screen-awake setting. At the end of each session, review your workout duration, estimated calories burned, completed exercises, and XP earned, and provide feedback on the workout’s difficulty. Create custom routines by choosing your exercise sequence, work and rest intervals, and number of rounds. Follow one of four ready-made programs lasting three to six weeks, or take on the daily single-exercise challenge. Track your progress through your workout history, streak, level, XP, activity, muscle balance, and body measurements. You can also access helpful tools including water tracking, box breathing, BMI, basal metabolic rate and daily calorie estimates, heart rate zones, and a customizable interval timer. ZYN works without requiring an account, and your data is stored on your device. The interface is available in Turkish and English. ZYN is intended for fitness purposes only and does not provide medical services or medical advice.
