ZP ONE is the management app for ZP Pompen's pump and fountain installations. Managers and technicians can see the status of their units at a glance and intervene remotely, without having to visit the site first. PLEASE NOTE: This app is intended for ZP Pompen customers and technicians. Access is via an invitation from your installation manager. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT • Overview — pumps, valves, and readings from all your units on one screen, with maps that you organize and color-code yourself. • Operation — pumps and valves on, off, or on automatic. Two people cannot get in each other's way: as soon as one person switches, the other sees it immediately. • Readings — water level, temperature, flow rate, and pressure, live and as a graph over time. • Alarms — a notification on your phone as soon as something goes wrong, including the history. • Map — showing where your units are located and which ones require attention. • Logbook — who changed or switched what and when. In the case of a pump installation, this must be traceable afterwards. SECURITY Logging in always requires a second step: an SMS code or an authenticator app. Every device that logs in is added to a list that your administrator can view and revoke remotely. What someone is allowed to do depends on their role, and this is enforced on the server. Your data is stored in data centers within the European Union.
