Zoyk turns the phone in your pocket into a payment terminal. Show a QR code, send a payment request or share a payment link — your customer pays from their own phone, and the money lands on your Zoyk balance straight away. Built with and for merchants in Zambia: shops, salons, barbershops, bars, market stalls and taxi fleets. ONE BALANCE, EVERY NETWORK Customers pay from any of the mobile money networks we support, and everything arrives on a single balance. You do not need a separate account with each operator, and you do not need a SIM card for each one. One app, one balance, one history. THREE WAYS TO GET PAID • QR code — show the code on your screen and the customer scans it. • Payment request — type the customer's number and a prompt appears on their phone; they confirm with their PIN. It reaches a basic phone too, and the customer needs no internet. • Payment link — send it in a chat or by SMS to a customer who is not standing in front of you, and follow the status live. YOUR STAFF TAKE PAYMENTS, ONLY YOU TOUCH THE MONEY • Every cashier gets their own login. • Cashiers can accept payments, but the withdraw button is not there for them. • A login locks to the device it first signs in on, so a shared password gets nobody anywhere. • A cashier leaves? Disable the login in one tap. The money never passed through their hands. MONEY YOU CAN MOVE Every payment lands on your balance as soon as it clears. From there you withdraw to your own mobile money wallet or to a bank account, when it suits you — not on somebody else's schedule. WATCH THE SHOP FROM ANYWHERE A notification for every payment: amount, outlet, cashier, time. Filter and export your history, send a digital receipt straight into a chat, and keep every outlet in one view. NO HARDWARE, NO WAITING Nothing to buy, nothing to rent. Install the app, register on the first screen and start taking payments. Our agent comes to your shop to help with the paperwork — you do not have to visit a bank to get going.
