The triage instrument in the app "ZorgbedMB" supports you in making the right choice of additional care. Through the completion of the triage tool shows you what type of care best suited to the care needs of your patient. If eerstelijnsbed is the most appropriate form of care, the app shows an overview of the currently available ELV beds in Midden-Brabant. Besides triage tool and the list of available ELV-beds, the app also offers a consultation function. It gives you the opportunity to contact a specialist in geriatric medicine of the VVT organizations in Central Brabant and / or geriatrician at the Elisabeth Hospital Two Cities.
