WHAT ZITA DOES Scheduling Generate your service schedule from the liturgical calendar, edit service details, and assign volunteers to roles. See at a glance who's serving when. Zita tracks unavailability so you're never scheduling someone who's on vacation. Export any schedule as a PDF to print or share with volunteers who aren't in the app. Guilds Organize your volunteers by guild — Altar Guild, Flower Guild, Ushers, and more. Each guild has its own roles, its own members, and its own scheduling. Guides & Checklists Never lose institutional knowledge again. Build step-by-step guides and checklists for how each guild sets up for each type of service — from a Solemn High Mass to a funeral to All Souls' Day. So the next volunteer doesn't have to guess, and nothing gets missed. BUILT FOR REAL PARISH LIFE Zita knows the difference between a Solemn High Mass and a Low Mass. It generates Advent Sundays, Gaudete Sunday, Septuagesima, Palm Sunday, and all the moveable feasts automatically — and you can edit, rename, recolor, or move any service. Generated liturgical calendar data utilizes the Churchman's Ordo. Each parish's data lives in its own private iCloud account — Zita has no server, and TwoDogDev never sees or stores your operational information. Data syncs privately across your team via iCloud, and your schedule, roster, and inventory can be exported and restored anytime, so you're never locked in. Sign in with Apple keeps things simple and secure — no accounts to create, no passwords to manage. Zita is free for churches with up to 15 active schedulees, with Small, Medium, and Large plans available as your parish grows.
