DAILY ZEN - Zen Word — A new zen word every day. Each comes with its meaning and reflection. - Koan — A weekly koan from Zen masters. A question that logic cannot answer — holding it is the practice itself. Daily hints deepen your understanding over seven days. YOUR JOURNEY - Stone Garden Calendar — Each day you sit, a stone is placed in your karesansui garden. The empty days are not failures — they are space. - Statistics — Monthly and all-time sessions, total time, and days practiced. Your streak is shown quietly, without pressure. ATMOSPHERE - Three ambient soundscapes: temple morning, rain garden, bamboo grove. - Interval bells to mark the passage of time during longer sits. - Haptic feedback for breath counting.
