Store description excerpt

The VISUCONSULT® 500 app has been specially developed to help eye care professionals with their daily business. It simplifies workflows and turns the lens sales consultation with the patient into a unique and distinctive shopping experience. A ZEISS server at the vision centre is required for the app to use its functions. This version features the following functions: # Coverage of the entire consultation VISUCONSULT® 500 is built to provide step by step support from when the patient enters the vision centre until they contentedly leave with their new pair of glasses. It guides the eye care professional throughout the entire consultation by integrating patient and visits management, comprehensive eye examination, centration performance, frame consultation and lens demonstration with the possibility to order through ZEISS VISUSTORE. Thus, it covers the entire ECP value chain while facilitating the interaction with the patient. # Storage of patient-related data captured with Zeiss devices VISUCONSULT® 500 is intended to create an Eye Care Professional eco-system that stores patients’ data and displays information processed by ZEISS devices. Data from patients´ visits are stored to respective profiles to review or continue with the consultation another time. It will be saved locally on a ZEISS server and can be accessed via the network. If patients have to leave before the consultation is finished, this allows continuing with the information that has been collected so far when they return.
