Yupa is an application developed by Forma+, currently available only to its clients and soon to be opened to a wider audience. Today, many training requests remain too general (for example, "communication training"), making it impossible to develop a relevant and tailored training plan. Yupa addresses this issue by helping employees and managers precisely define needs that were previously difficult to articulate or analyze. Through a guided process and a structured summary, the application clearly identifies the skills to be developed, areas for improvement, and professional objectives. These elements facilitate the search for suitable training and provide a clear and usable working basis. The summaries generated by Yupa are then used by Forma+ to select external training providers and trainers and to develop customized training programs that align with the identified needs. Forma+ is not a training organization: the company handles the search for suitable providers, the coordination of training programs, and the administrative management related to training activities. Yupa also facilitates annual and professional reviews by offering structured support that allows employees to express their needs more clearly, and managers to better understand, formalize, and prioritize them.
