Yum Express Partner is the app for restaurants, grocery shops and event organisers selling on Yum Express. It is built for the counter, not the desk. Orders arrive like a phone call, your catalogue is a few taps away, and you can see what you have earned without opening a laptop. ORDERS YOU CANNOT MISS A new order takes over the screen and rings until you answer it, so nothing slips past in a rush. Swipe once to start preparing, swipe again when it is ready and the order goes out to riders. Every order carries the customer, the items, the total and the delivery address, plus a live map once a rider is on the way. If you cannot fulfil an order, decline it with a reason and the refund is raised for you. YOUR SHOP, YOUR HOURS Edit your menu or your shelves from your phone. Add products with photos, prices and variants, group them into your own categories, and mark an item unavailable the moment you run out. Set the hours customers can order from you, and manage every branch and pickup point you run. Restaurants and grocery shops each get the workflow that fits. Grocers pack and go. Kitchens get a preparing step. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND The dashboard opens on what needs you now: orders waiting, revenue across the last seven days, payouts still to come, and stock that is low or already out. Your best sellers are there too, so you can see what is actually moving. FOR EVENT ORGANISERS Switch to the organiser portal and run your events in the same app. Publish events and dates, set your ticket tiers, and assign staff to scan tickets at the gate.
