This is an opinionated, no-bs, weather App. Most whether apps offer a plethora of settings and configurations and unfortunately they get confused in their own conundrum of settings which leads to broken features and functionality. The forecast location is always your current location, units are fixed to European continental units and the forecast type is always 'hourly'.
