WHAT IT DOES YourTracker is a free, focused tracker for adults on the daily oral GLP-1 tablet (sold as Wegovy for weight management, MHRA-approved in the UK in June 2026, or as Rybelsus for type 2 diabetes). - Morning reminder, anchored to your kettle — one tap to log your dose. - A 30-minute "ready to eat" alert so you know exactly when you can have your first food or drink. - A weight log, so you can see your trend over weeks and months — not just one number on the scale. - A side effects log for the early weeks when your body is adjusting — track what you felt, when, and how severe. - Refill reminders so you don't run out mid-titration. - A clean home screen — one big card, no clutter, no streaks to defend. WHO IT'S FOR You're on the daily oral GLP-1 tablet for weight management or type 2 diabetes. You want to take it consistently without the morning becoming a chore. You're not looking for a coach, a community, a diet plan, or a calorie counter. You just want the dose taken, the timing right, the rhythm protected. WHAT IT'S NOT YourTracker is not a medical device. It does not prescribe, dispense, or recommend medication. It is not a calorie counter, a meal planner, or a fitness app. It does not connect to Apple Health (yet). It will not message you outside of your reminder window. There is no streak to defend and no shame loop. PRIVACY You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code. We use Supabase to store your data securely in the EU. We do not sell your data. We launched YourTracker because we wanted something simple for our own patients on the new oral GLP-1 — and we couldn't find one we liked.
