Ynot Support is the companion app for support teams running on the Ynot platform. It puts the support inbox, the ticket queue and customer announcements on your phone, so a waiting customer does not have to wait for someone to get back to a desk. SUPPORT INBOX See every incoming conversation across all workspaces, claim one, and reply. Threads show who the customer is, which workspace they belong to, and how long they have been waiting. Reply straight from a push notification without opening the app. TICKETS Work the ticket queue from anywhere: read the full history, comment, tick off checklist items, change status and priority, and assign to the right person. Convert a chat into a ticket when it needs to outlive the conversation. ANNOUNCEMENTS Send an announcement to every customer, a single workspace, or named users, and see who has read it and who has replied. DIRECTORY Look up any user or workspace while you are on a call — contact details, location, role and recent activity. STAYING ON TOP OF IT Push notifications for new conversations, replies, reactions and ticket activity, with a badge that reflects what is actually waiting. Face ID or Touch ID unlock, light and dark themes, and English or Spanish. Ynot Support is for staff of organisations that already use the Ynot platform. It requires an existing Ynot account and workspace — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without one.
