Yonda is an academic research participation platform for nurses in South Korea. Research targeting nurses is only complete when it includes the voices of nurses in the field. However, until now, researchers relied on acquaintances for help, leaving nurses with no way to find research to participate in. Yonda bridges this gap. ■ Only research that fits your criteria We find and display research you can participate in based on your career history, department, work type, and affiliated medical institution. You do not have to waste time on research that does not meet your criteria. ■ Anonymous responses Responses are stored separately from the participant's identity. Researchers can only view responses in the format "Participant 1, Participant 2," and cannot know who gave which answer. ■ Compensation immediately upon participation Compensation is credited as points immediately upon completing the survey. These points can be exchanged for desired gift certificates or products. ■ Only licensed nurses Verification of a nursing license is required for participation.
