Yaros Waiter is a mobile app for staff at establishments within the Yaros ecosystem. The app helps waiters quickly take orders from a smartphone or tablet, transmit them to the kitchen, manage receipts, and finalize payments without any unnecessary steps. It's a convenient replacement for paper notebooks, reducing errors and speeding up guest service. Key features: Quick order taking Waiters can select dishes from the menu, add them to the order, specify quantities, comments for the kitchen, and additional item parameters. Order transfer to the kitchen The order is processed immediately after it's placed. This helps reduce wait times and speed up service. Up-to-date menu and prices Data is synchronized with the Yaros system: the menu, prices, stop list, cash register, POS, and warehouse information remain up-to-date for staff. Offline mode If the server connection is temporarily unavailable, the app saves orders in an offline buffer and transmits them once the connection is restored. This helps prevent the loss of important data during operation. Working with Items Quick menu search, filtering, changing quantities, adding comments and modifiers to dishes are supported. Discounts and Commissions The app allows you to apply percentage and fixed discounts, as well as special commissions, such as for service or banquets. Access to such operations can be controlled by administrator rights. Order Closing Mixed payment methods and automatic receipt fiscalization via the fiscal server are supported. Group Mode Several employees can work on a single device. For security, an automatic logout after a timeout is provided. Internal Chat Staff can exchange messages with colleagues, the kitchen, or the administrator directly in the app. An announcement channel for important notifications is also available. Connection Diagnostics Built-in tools help check the server connection, IP address, and response time. Language Support The app interface supports Russian, Kyrgyz, and English. Language switching is possible without restarting the app. Demo Mode For training and testing, you can use the demo mode without connecting to the server. Easy to get started To log in, simply enter your organization code, select a point of sale, and log in.
