Xitique — Mozambican group savings, now on your mobile phone. Xitique is a tradition: a group of trusted people contributes the same amount each cycle, and a different member receives the total each time — until everyone has received theirs. It's forced savings, but with the strength of the group behind it. The Xitique app brings this tradition to your mobile phone. No lost notebooks, no confusing WhatsApp groups, no arguments about who has already paid and who is still missing. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create a group in minutes — choose the name, the contribution amount, the frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually) and the start date. • Invite members — share an invitation code or show the group's QR code. Those who receive it join directly. • Set the order of payment — by lottery or by order agreed upon by everyone. • Register contributions with proof — attach a photo or screenshot of the payment to each contribution you send. • Always know whose turn it is — the home screen shows the current cycle, how much has already been collected, and who is receiving it this time. • Track the history — all closed cycles, paid dues, and amounts received, group by group. • Follow the activity — who contributed, who joined the group, what changed and when. • View your receipts — a list of everything you have already received and what is pending.
