Xhome Evolution ist eine App zur Steuerung moderner Smarthomes. Die App benötigt einen Server. Der Server ist Platform unabhängig und kann auf einem Raspberry oder auf einem mini PC installiert werden. (Windows, Mac, Linux). Die Konfiguration erfolgt über einen Webbrowser. Es sind keine Konfiguratoren erforderlich. Der Xhome-Server stellt diese Webseite auf der eigenen IP Adresse über den Port 8090 bereit. Die Funktionen werden permanent weiterentwickelt. Der Server ist modular aufgebaut. Es werden ständig neue Schnittstellen und Funktionen integriert. Schnittstellen wie KNX, Modbus, Siemens Logo und S7, Sonos, Bose usw. werden unterstützt. Xhome Evo ist eine komplette Xhome Neuentwicklung.
