The app is available only to a closed user group (e.g., exhibitors and their marketing and sales teams at a trade show or event). A user account in our EMS (Event Management System) is required to use the app. With XFAIR.LeadCapture, you can not only capture a person’s business card information but also collect data to qualify that person as a lead. The app offers the following main features: - Log in with your EMS account - Scan a business card, vCard, or trade show ticket - Qualify leads using a custom data collection form - Add notes and additional images - Instant access to all captured leads and the ability to edit contacts in the app’s history The app is integrated with EMS, enabling real-time synchronization of generated leads and real-time data export. You can follow up on leads immediately by sending an email and relevant information to your contacts. You can also easily assign and forward leads to the appropriate sales representative. The app works both online and offline. In offline mode, data is captured and stored locally and transferred to EMS as soon as a connection is available.
