X-Wrist Mobile App (Software) If you don't own a X-Wrist band you can select Apple Health as your data source and sync your steps, distance and calories with the X-Wrist App The X-Wrist Wearable Band measures the energy value you generate from health & fitness activities and sends the data to the mobile application. The X-Wrist App acts as a digital personal coach that adapts, motivates and inspires you to build healthy habits.
