X-Wrist Wearable Band (Hardware) 2. X-Wrist Mobile App (Software) The X-Wrist Wearable Band measures the energy value you generate from health & fitness activities and sends the data to the mobile application. The X-Wrist App acts as a digital personal coach that adapts, motivates and inspires you to build healthy habits. It gathers the measured data from the band, intelligently processes it and rewards you for your progress.
