Use the app to: - Browse, search, filter, and save entries from a built-in service catalog - Create, edit, duplicate, delete, search, filter, and update quote records - Calculate effective gross income, operating expenses, net operating income, cap rate, expense ratio, break-even occupancy, and first-year yield - Review an occupancy sensitivity table from 50% to 100% - Save, favorite, edit, duplicate, delete, and compare two yield scenarios locally - Review company information and open external contact or map apps All records are stored in a local SQLite database. The app starts with sample services, quotes, yield scenarios, team profiles, and milestones. Dashboard asset, occupancy, quote, and performance figures come from those local samples or user-entered values. They are not live portfolio data, market feeds, appraisals, or guaranteed returns.
