Store description excerpt

WrkFit is a strength training tracker built for the gym floor, not the spreadsheet. Big buttons, one hand, no fiddling. Start a workout, tap through your sets, and get on with lifting. LOG WITHOUT LOOKING Every exercise prefills the weight and reps from your last session, so a set is usually one tap. Plus and minus steppers are sized for a real thumb. Finish a set and the rest timer starts itself, with a ring, a beep, and a buzz. BUILT FOR BAD GYM WIFI Your workout saves as you go and keeps saving when the signal drops. Nothing is lost and nothing gets logged twice, so you can put your phone down mid set and come back to it. SEE THE PROGRESS Volume over time, personal records, per exercise history, bodyweight trend, and goal rings. Every number comes from what you actually logged. ROUTINES AND A LIBRARY Build routines once and start them in a tap. Browse a full exercise library with form videos, or add your own movements. Tell WrkFit what equipment you own and it will work around what you have. TRAIN WITH A COACH OR A PARTNER Share a code to link up. Coaches build routines, schedule them to clients, see completed work with effort ratings, and message about a specific session. Partners simply see each other's training. One active coach at a time, and either side can unlink whenever they want. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export everything to CSV for free, whenever you like. Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, no email required. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address.
