Store description excerpt
Wrist Trainer helps you count and review wrist movement practice using your phone’s motion sensors. No wearables and no camera required - your phone’s motion sensors do the counting on-device. Hold your phone sideways, with the screen facing down and your forearm level. The app calibrates a neutral position, estimates the phone’s relative angle on-device, and counts extension and flexion repetitions after a target angle is held for the selected time. Training summaries stay on your device for local history. What you can do: - Start the basic training flow without an account. - Set a target angle, repetitions per direction, and hold time. - Review local training records. - Hear spoken count feedback during training (English or Mandarin audio). - Get visual and haptic feedback when supported by your device. - Use the interface in English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean, with light or dark theme options. Optional account and Premium boundaries: - An account is optional for the basic offline training flow. - Some goal-based modes and Premium summaries require an app account and an active Premium entitlement. - Account, subscription, price, trial, renewal, and cancellation details are shown by the relevant sign-in and Google Play or RevenueCat flows. - Raw sensor samples are processed on-device and are not uploaded by the app. Training summaries remain local. - Premium does not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, or assessment of results. Measurement and safety: The angle is an estimate of phone orientation relative to its calibrated position, not a clinical joint-angle measurement. Results can vary with device hardware, grip, whole-arm movement, speed, and sensor noise. Wrist Trainer is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Follow guidance from a qualified professional. Stop if you feel pain, numbness, swelling, or other discomfort and seek appropriate professional advice.
