Store description excerpt

Schedule your worries. Most won't show up. Worry O'Clock is the first app built around worry postponement — the simple, decades-old behavioral technique for an overactive mind. All day long, worries interrupt you. Instead of arguing with them, you give each one a single line and drop it into a sealed box. The box opens once a day, at your Worry O'Clock, for fifteen minutes. Then the surprising part: when the box opens, most worries are already gone. The app counts them. That number — your Fade Rate — is your own evidence that most alarms were false. "It's in the box. Not now." becomes a reflex. THE DAILY LOOP (everything free) ・Capture in 5 seconds, in the app or via a Siri shortcut ・A sealed box: counts only, no rereading, no rumination door ・One 15-minute session a day: three questions per worry ・Faded / one smallest next step / let it be ・Settlement card with your Fade Rate, insights and science flashcards ・Patterns: fade curve, worry heat map, repeat-worry board ・Full history and search, custom weekdays, 25-minute sessions ・JSON backup export & import, daily Markdown export, streaks ・Face ID app lock A banner ad appears at the bottom of the screen. If you'd rather not see it, an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase hides it permanently. You pay only once; there is no recurring charge. The banner is the only advertising in the app — nothing takes over the full screen. No feature is ever locked: Remove Ads changes nothing except whether the banner is drawn. 100% OFFLINE No account. No cloud. No analytics. Your worries never leave this device, and notifications and share cards never contain worry text. Everything except the purchase works without a connection. Worry O'Clock is a self-help practice tool, not medical care, and it does not diagnose or address any condition. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
