Everything you need for an assignment lives in one place: the booking details, the route to your client, the tools to reach them, and a clear record of what you have earned. This app is for approved Worldwide Greeter concierges. You will need an account from our team to sign in. YOUR ASSIGNMENTS, ORGANISED See every assignment on one dashboard, with upcoming, past and rejected work kept apart. Open a booking to find the flight, terminal and gate, the passenger's details, any special services requested, and exactly what you will be paid. Accept or decline new work the moment it arrives. Push notifications tell you as soon as an assignment is dispatched to you, so you never find out late. GUIDED TO YOUR CLIENT A live navigation map shows the route from where you are to where you need to be, with turn-by-turn framing that follows you as you move and a real arrival estimate based on current traffic. Share your live location while an assignment is active so your client and the dispatch team can see you are on the way. Sharing starts and stops automatically as you move through the job, and you stay in control of it. THE TOOLS FOR THE MEET Hold up a clean, full-screen digital name card so your client can spot you across a busy arrivals hall. The name shown is the one the booking asked for, sized to be read from a distance. Message your client directly in the app, or call them without either of you sharing a personal phone number. TRACK THE JOB AS IT HAPPENS Move the assignment through each stage as it unfolds, from starting out, to en route, to on site, to with your client. A running service timer keeps an accurate record of the time you have spent, and everyone involved sees the same status you do. CLEAR, HONEST EARNINGS Watch your total, today's and this month's earnings, with your completed job count and client rating. Open your payment history to see how every figure was reached. Each completed assignment breaks down into its base payout, each add-on you delivered, and any bonuses that applied. Withdrawals appear in the same list, so your balance always adds up. Add a payout method and request a withdrawal when you are ready. BUILT FOR THE JOB Flight information stays current on the booking, so a delay does not catch you out. Flag a problem on an assignment and reach support without leaving the app. Choose which notifications you want, and turn off anything you do not. PERMISSIONS Location is used to show your position on the assignment map and to share your progress with your client while a job is active. Microphone is used only for in-app calls with your client. You can review and change these at any time in your device settings. Worldwide Greeter provides meet and greet, fast track and VIP airport assistance. This app is the concierge side of that service and is not intended for travellers booking it.
