Filter properties by status and drill into any site's complete technology profile. DEVICE MONITORING Monitor displays, cable modems, access points, switches, and network appliances at each property. View real-time device status, channel lineups, and room-by-room TV status across the whole site. NETWORK HEALTH See a scored health view for every property, uplink and throughput telemetry, and a live topology map of how each site is connected — so you know where a problem is before you call it in. SUPPORT CASES Raise a case or an equipment request from your phone. Track open cases across your organization, follow the full timeline, add a comment, and review attachments in real time. DEPLOYMENT PROJECTS Follow installation and deployment projects from your phone: status, milestones, and schedule. Review proposals for work in flight. FIELD SERVICE Dispatched technicians see the work orders assigned to them, accept a job, and move it through en route, on site, and complete. With the technician's permission, Atlas records travel and arrival against the work order while a job is active, so dispatch and the property know when help will arrive. Capture photos, notes, actual time on site, and completion questionnaires without leaving the job.
