Take control the time you spend on a project or task to your customers. With Working Hours Management you´ll be able, among other things, answer this question, How long have I spent the last month on phone calls with clients ?. -Enter your customer data: name, address, phone -Enter the names of your projects or tasks Create records by assigning the client with the project or task performed, when creating a new record the application allows access to the list of incoming and outgoing calls, therefore if we received a call from a customer who has served us 30 minutes, we can count it quickly. The application allows easily see the hours spent on our customers between two dates. Also you´ll be able to export complete statistics in excel format. The application offers the possibility that the client sign the work performed on the device itself, generating a report in pdf file that it will be sent by mail to both, our email and our customer email.
