WorkFlow for Mac is a serious project manager that an AI assistant can work alongside you — and it keeps every task, board and conversation in sync with WorkFlow on iPhone and iPad through iCloud. One purchase, no subscription, no account, no trackers. Your data lives in your iCloud, never on our servers. AN ASSISTANT THAT WORKS YOUR TASKS Switch on the Agent Bridge, choose a folder, and any assistant that can read files — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or your own scripts — can read your tasks and notes, create projects, tick off subtasks, attach documents and reply in the comments. Assign a task to it, or write "@claude" in a comment from any device, and WorkFlow starts a session on its own; the reply lands in the thread and as a notification on your phone. Everything it does is logged, and only projects you haven't shared are ever in scope — share a project and it drops out automatically. A ready-made command-line tool and a Model Context Protocol server are included for Claude Desktop and similar apps. Your assistant is your own, sold separately. AN EDITOR THAT USES YOUR SCREEN Open a task in a wide window and it spreads into three columns: the task itself, its checklist, and the conversation and activity trail beside it — who changed what, when, with every attachment and time entry in reach. Narrow the window and it folds back into pages. BUILT FOR THE MAC A real sidebar, resizable windows and full menu bar commands. ⌘1–⌘9 to switch views, ⌘N for a new task, a command palette for everything else. Drag tasks between board columns with the pointer. TEN WAYS TO SEE YOUR WORK Board, Calendar, Gantt, Today, My Day, My Work, Inbox, Dashboard, Documents and Notepad. Put the ones you use in the sidebar in your order and choose which one the app opens on. INBOX AND NOTEPAD Inbox gathers every task with a conversation, newest reply first, unread on top, with badges on the board. Notepad captures thoughts and links and turns them into tasks or whole projects when they're ready and a note that mentions your assistant using @ becomes a request it picks up. WORK TOGETHER, LIVE Share any project through iCloud; collaborators see changes in seconds. Presence ("Maria is viewing"), one-click assignment, @mentions and emoji reactions, and an activity log that records who did what. Comments merge safely across devices — nothing gets overwritten by a sync. CAPTURE EVERYTHING Subtasks with their own documents, tags, priorities, recurring tasks and dependencies. Attach photos, files and voice notes; annotate images in place. Pin a note to the top of any card. Import from CSV or Apple Reminders; export CSV or JSON. Two-way Apple Calendar sync. Share whole project templates as a single file.
