The system bridges the gap between office and field operations through the use of work orders. The system components include: - Work Orders – Back Office web application, where work orders are created, assigned to workers, launched and monitored, with the possibility of adding attachments; - centralized database; - this mobile application; - Work Orders - Signature application intended for companies that need client approval before starting work, such as vehicle repair shops. In addition to the version of the Bitimus work order management system for field service contractors (installations, repairs, maintenance, cleaning), there is also a version specifically tailored to vehicle repair shops.
