Ocean Work is a corporate invoice approval and financial analysis app designed to help businesses manage incoming invoice processes securely from mobile devices. Even when you are away from the office, you can view pending invoices, examine their details, complete accounting mappings, and approve or reject them with a reason, subject to your assigned permissions. INVOICE APPROVAL • View all invoices awaiting your approval in one list. • Examine invoice numbers, suppliers, dates, amounts, tax details and accounting information. • View invoice lines and attached documents. • Approve invoices or reject them with a reason. • Track the current stage of a multi-level approval workflow. • See which users approved an invoice before it reached you. • Take eligible invoices from the invoice pool into your own processing queue. • Move between pending, approved and rejected invoices.
