Stop running your club in a group chat. Wombu keeps a club, a team or any group organised: members, groups, events and announcements in one place, where the right message reaches exactly the right people and nobody has to scroll back through 200 messages to find the meeting time. MEMBERS AND GROUPS Keep the roster in one place. Split members into the groups they already belong to — Tuesday team, beginners, the committee — and each person sees what concerns them and nothing else. People join with an invite link, or ask to join and the owner decides. ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT REACH THE RIGHT PEOPLE Send to the whole club or to one group. Everyone gets it on their phone; nobody else is disturbed. Each member chooses for themselves whether announcements and events also arrive by email. EVENTS AND WHO IS COMING Create an event and see who has answered. Ask first with a poll when the date is not settled. Training that repeats every Tuesday is created once. For a trip of several days, members say which days they are there, so the person booking beds has a number they can use. Directions open in the maps app the phone already has. VOTES Put a question to your members and see the answer, without forty replies in a chat. EQUIPMENT Record what the club owns and who has borrowed it. Members can see what is available and ask for it; a manager approves and releases it. Members can also keep a list of their own gear. QUALIFICATIONS Keep track of who holds what — certificates, licences, first aid — with the dates they expire, so a club knows before a trip rather than after. DOCUMENTS AND FORMS Share the club's literature where members can read it. Send a form for members to agree to, and keep the signed copy on their record. ROLES Hand out the parts you do not want to do yourself. Managers and assistants get exactly the powers they need — an assistant can invite people without being able to change your settings. TWENTY-TWO LANGUAGES The whole app in each of them, not a half-translated menu. Every member picks their own, and the club's announcements arrive in it. PRIVACY Your club's data is kept within the European Economic Area. No advertising identifiers, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no profile built for marketing. You can delete your account from inside the app, and your data goes with it. Members never pay. A club pays one subscription and everyone in it uses the app for free.
