WildFruiP is an innovative application created within the InovFarmer.MED project that allows you to assess the ripeness of figs directly from a photo. It supports up to three different fig varieties, and with just one image, the application: — Automatically detects the fig variety; — Crops and aligns the fruit for analysis; — Predicts the degree of ripeness on a continuous scale from 0 to 100%; — Determines physical and chemical parameters such as Brix (total sugars) and fruit hardness. All of this is done automatically: the image is analyzed, the fruit is detected, cropped, and evaluated. You can also save all analyses in a local history, with the date, image, and results, for later reference and monitoring of the fruit's progress. If you wish, you can also share your fig analysis data anonymously to help improve the app and make the results even more accurate. WildFruiP is the ideal assistant for growers, agricultural technicians, researchers, or simply fig lovers!
