Store description excerpt

Wildflyer FireWeather shows the weather the way wildfire people read it. One timeline, seven days back and seven days ahead. Humidity, wind, rain and temperature - the readings that decide whether tomorrow is an ugly day - on a single chart you scrub with your thumb, plus a plain list when you want the numbers. WHAT IT SHOWS - Relative humidity, and how low it drops each afternoon - Wind and gusts, with direction - Rain, today and over the last week - Fire Weather Index and drought, rated rather than just numbered - Sunrise and sunset ANY PLACE Search for a place or use your location. Save the handful you actually care about and switch between them. It opens on a place, not on a permission dialog. ALERTS, IF YOU WANT THEM Ask to be told about the days that do not look dangerous but are. A morning brief before you step outside, tomorrow's read in time to change a shift, or the week ahead when you plan it. You pick the place and the occasion; there are no thresholds to set. Nothing arrives until you turn an alert on, and turning it off removes it completely. NO ACCOUNT No sign-up, no login, no organisation. There is nothing to log into and nothing attached to your name. Wildflyer FireWeather is made by Wildflyer, the wildfire platform used by fire services across Europe. This is the weather read from that same engine, made personal. Available in English, French, Spanish and Dutch.
