Whobelieves is a private journal for public clocks that do not tell the truth. Photograph a station hall dial, a church nave clock, a mall atrium, a tower face, a platform clock, or a civic square, then record the time it shows against the time you trust. Each sighting stores the offset in minutes and asks a blunt question: do you believe this clock, doubt it, or refuse it forever. Add a location note and an optional witness whisper. Mark the worst liars on a watchlist so you can return and check them again. The faceboard is a timeline of every lying dial you have logged. Open a clock to see its photo, latest offset, belief, and re-check history. Sort by recent sightings, worst lag, or venue. The anxiety ledger tracks mean lag across your collection, the worst face, never-again counts, and lag by venue. Set a threshold so the meter turns when the average lie grows too large. Optional Roman numerals and 24-hour labels keep offsets in the style you prefer. Keep a personal record of clocks that lie, one photograph and one honest answer at a time.
