Star Dial has five categories: Spin, Prediction, Result, Revival, and Probability. Choose a number to reshape the wheel’s motion, the build-up before it stops, the way a result is revealed, or the conditions behind the draw. Star Dial is free to open, with several special features included. One optional, one-time purchase unlocks all locked features. It is not a subscription. NO ADS. NO ACCOUNT. There are no ads and no separate account to create. Your wheels, history, favorites, and Star Dial settings stay on your device. Some Star Dial features intentionally affect draw probabilities or how results appear. Do not use them for drawings that must be fair or independently verifiable, and obtain any appropriate consent when playing with others.
