WhatsMenu Vendor is the companion app for businesses running on WhatsMenu. Work the counter, keep the order queue moving, and see how the day is going, all from your phone or Sunmi terminal. Point of sale Ring up walk-in customers from a menu grid with search, images and quick quantities. Choose dine-in with a table, pickup or delivery. Take payment by cash, card or scan-to-pay QR. Save unpaid orders and settle them later from the Open orders screen. Print receipts on built-in Sunmi printers. Orders New orders arrive live, with an alert sound you can configure. Move an order through its stages as you work it. If you run your own delivery drivers, assign one and follow the delivery through to completion. Failed deliveries are flagged clearly so nothing goes quiet. Dashboard Today's orders and earnings at a glance, with a Paid and Gross toggle so you can see what has actually been collected. More than one business Switch between the businesses you manage and see each one's orders, earnings and notifications on their own. Notifications Push alerts reach every device you sign in on, and you choose which devices keep receiving them.
