By combining real-time messaging, built-in audio and video calls, robust project management, shared expense tracking, and a secure vault into a single, beautifully designed application, WhatsDone keeps your team aligned, your spending accounted for, and your personal tasks perfectly organized. REUSABLE CHECKLISTS Some lists you need again and again — the baby bag, closing up the shop, the Monday handover. Write the list once, then run it whenever you need it. Each run gets a fresh set of boxes to tick and shows up in My Tasks like any other task. Group items into sections, add quantities, and run a checklist on your own or into a group chat where everyone ticks items off together. PROJECTS AND TASKS Every DM and group chat comes with its own to-do list. One tap turns any message into a tracked task — assign it, set a due date, and the whole chat sees it get done. Group chats and tasks into projects and see everyone's work in one dashboard. CALLS, POLLS AND MEETING TIMES Audio and video calls are built in. So are polls, and a meeting-time finder for when forty messages of "I'm free Tuesday" need to become one answer everyone can see. SHARED EXPENSES Log what gets spent — the weekly groceries, a team lunch, a trip away — and see where the month actually went, broken down by category and by person. Create your own categories as you go; the list builds itself out of what you actually spend on, instead of making you pick from someone else's. Splitting is optional, and off by default. Most of the time people just want to know what something cost, so recording an expense never puts anyone in debt. When you do need to split — equally, by exact amounts, or by shares — WhatsDone works out the fewest payments that settle everyone up. Settling up records that money changed hands. WhatsDone never moves your money and never asks for your bank details. Note: WhatsDone is currently an exclusive, invite-only community.
