FOR ATHLETES - View training programs and drills assigned by your coach - Submit swing and throwing video for direct coach review - Log measurables like throwing velocity and broad jump, and watch progress build over time - Record training reflections and personal goals - Access mindset and performance content in the Mind & Spirit section FOR COACHES - Manage your full athlete roster in one place - Build and assign training programs day by day - Review athlete film and give feedback with side-by-side comparison - Track measurables and progress across your whole roster - Recognize standout work with the Athlete of the Month spotlight HOW ACCESS WORKS What's Next Athletics is an invitation-only training app. Athletes join using an invite code provided by their coach as part of an existing coaching relationship. There is no public sign-up, and the app is not usable without a coach. Accounts for athletes under 18 are created and held by a parent or guardian. PRIVACY Training content is private between an athlete and their own coach. Athletes cannot see other athletes' videos, feedback, or progress data.
