AI Assistant Chat Ask health questions and get answers informed by your own health profile stored in WELL. Not generic responses. My Active Conditions Keep track of ongoing health conditions and stay connected with the providers managing your care. Family Management Parents and guardians can manage multiple children under one account, with separate profiles for each. Provider Connection Connect to any WELL-enabled practice by scanning a QR code at the front desk. No forms. No clipboard. WHERE WE’RE HEADED WELL is in active development.
