The app allows you to view each patient's heart rate, steps, calories, and wearable device status, with graphs and filterable data. Immediate critical alerts can be configured to receive notifications for falls, SOS, abnormal heart rate, prolonged inactivity, low battery, and lost device. Patients' locations are displayed via GPS tracking on a real-time map, with movement history and indicators. WeCare Go 15 is designed for healthcare facilities, nursing homes, care cooperatives, and families caring for frail individuals. Requirements: This app requires a compatible We Care Go 15 wearable device to function. Monitoring features are not available without a paired device.
