WeavHR is the companion app for people who work shifts through WeavHR. Your employer provides your account — you cannot sign up inside the app. If you don't have login details yet, contact your agency or workplace administrator. SEE YOUR WORK AT A GLANCE Today's shifts, what's coming up, and everything you've completed — in one place. Open a shift to see the site, the times, who to report to, and the full brief before you arrive. FIND AND ACCEPT WORK Browse open shifts you're eligible for, apply in a tap, and respond to invitations sent directly to you. Push notifications let you know the moment something relevant is posted, so you're not refreshing a list. TELL US WHEN YOU'RE FREE Set your weekly availability and block out the days you can't work. Your scheduling team sees it immediately, which means fewer calls about shifts you were never going to take. CHECK IN AND OUT ON SITE Confirm your attendance from your phone when you arrive and when you leave. Where your employer requires it, check-in is confirmed against the shift location so your hours are recorded accurately and your timesheet is right the first time. KEEP YOUR COMPLIANCE CURRENT Upload certificates, licenses, training records and work authorization documents straight from your camera or files. See what's approved, what's pending, and what's about to expire — before it costs you a shift. FORMS AND RESOURCES Find the forms, documents and links your organisation shares with you, all in one place. Search by category, star the ones you use most, and open PDFs, documents and images without leaving the app. STAY IN TOUCH Message your office directly from the app, with attachments, so questions about a shift stay attached to that shift instead of scattered across texts. SYNC TO YOUR OWN CALENDAR Subscribe to your WeavHR schedule from Google Calendar or Outlook and see your shifts alongside the rest of your life. ABOUT LOCATION WeavHR uses your location only while the app is open, and only to confirm you're on site when you check in or out of a shift.
