Way of Elite Daily is a training program for young basketball players — built and coached by Rob Skinner, founder of Way of Elite Basketball. Your athlete gets a daily workout matched to their age and school level: elementary, middle school, or high school. Conditioning, strength, and technique — the same work that carried me through my own playing career, and the things I wish someone had told me earlier. WHAT YOUR ATHLETE GETS - A daily workout, built for their level — not a one-size plan - A streak and a progress calendar, so consistency is visible - Coaching notes on how to train, how to stay in shape, and why each piece matters WHAT YOU GET AS A PARENT - You can see the work. Days completed, current streak, and which days were missed — all in one screen. - A written evaluation from Coach Rob roughly every 20 days: what your athlete has been consistent with, what's improving, what to focus on next, and a note written directly to them. - No scores or rankings. Kids don't need a number attached to their effort. The subscription is $9.99/month and can be cancelled any time in your Apple ID settings. Way of Elite also runs AAU teams, private coaching, and film review sessions. Those are separate — this subscription is training, and it stands on its own.
