Watt'n Sommer is the app for your youth retreat – designed for the summer retreats of the Protestant youth groups in the parishes of Hennstedt, Büsum, Wesselburen, and Neuenkirchen. Whether it's a tent camp, a holiday retreat, or a group trip: this app keeps everything together that happens during your time together. A retreat thrives on what happens between you. Watt'n Sommer brings together the program, the group, and memories in one place – without the chaos of a group chat. WHAT'S ON RIGHT NOW? The program and daily schedule are always at your fingertips. You can see what's coming up next, where you're meeting, and what you can look forward to. No searching, no asking – everyone's on the same page. YOUR GROUP See who's traveling with you, share photos and moments in the shared logbook, and document your trip together. Each group has its own section. DUTY & ORGANIZATION Who's on kitchen duty today, who's leading the morning devotion? The schedule shows each group their assigned tasks – including a swap function if something comes up. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Important numbers and information are just a tap away – for added safety on the go. DEVOTIONAL MEMORIES & RADIO Inspiration for the day and the soundtrack of your leisure time – for those quiet moments in between. HOW ARE YOU DOING? With the anonymous mood check, you can show the group how the day is going – completely anonymously. This way, the leaders can quickly identify if someone isn't feeling well. FOR PARENTS AND LEADERS Watt'n Sommer is a closed app exclusively for the registered trip group. Access is only granted via a personal code provided by the trip leaders. No advertising, no tracking, no hidden costs, and no sharing of data with third parties. The data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in Germany and is subject to church data protection law (DSG-EKD). Watt'n Sommer is developed on a voluntary basis for church youth work – by people who themselves organize leisure activities.
