WatchMinutes is a voice recorder and life log app designed for Apple Watch and iPhone. Start and stop an iPhone microphone recording directly from the “Meeting” mode on Apple Watch—without taking out your phone or searching for a recording app. Use “Memo” mode to record with the Apple Watch microphone whenever you want to capture a thought, mood, action, or idea. LIFE LOG • Organize Apple Watch memo recordings by day, week, or month • Choose Balanced, Activity, Mood, Ideas, or a Custom reflection style • Copy a structured reflection prompt for ChatGPT • Paste the response back into WatchMinutes and save it on your device • Review daily status markers on a monthly calendar • Swipe between visual boards for each reflection style • Export saved reflections as Markdown RECORDING AND TRANSCRIPTION • Remotely control iPhone recording from Apple Watch • Record personal memos with the Apple Watch microphone • Select the iPhone microphone or a connected external microphone • Continue recording in the background • Transcribe Japanese, English, or mixed Japanese and English • Show an approximate city for new recordings • Select and delete multiple recordings • Export PDF and audio files The free version can transcribe recordings up to five minutes. WatchMinutes Pro unlocks long-recording transcription and additional export features with a one-time purchase. No monthly subscription is required. WatchMinutes does not automatically send recordings or transcripts to ChatGPT, OpenAI, or any other third-party AI service. Reflection text is copied to the clipboard only after an explicit user action, so you can review it before manually pasting and sending it. Transcription accuracy depends on the recording environment, microphone, speaker volume, and language mix. Please review important meeting notes before sharing them.
