Store description excerpt

Point your camera at a watch, and find out exactly what is on your wrist. If you have ever seen a watch and wondered whether it was a Rolex, a Seiko or a well-made homage, WatchSnap is built for you. It is a watch identifier and collection journal in one app, using on-device machine learning to recognise thousands of models across hundreds of brands from a single photo, with no cloud upload and no account. The watch ai runs entirely on your phone, the collection side keeps your log on your phone, and the whole experience is designed to make discovering and cataloguing watches calm, not louder with notifications, feeds and other people's collections. Every feature described below is unlocked only with an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. New users receive a 3 day free trial; you may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Snap a photo or pick one from your library, and the watch scanner returns a model match in seconds, from dress and dive to chronograph, field and pilot, the rare references too. The watch id screen ranks top candidates with confidence scores so a subtle dial variant or a discontinued reference does not get filed wrong. Tap through to a watch encyclopedia with brand history, movement, case size, materials and typical price range, then log the piece with reference number, purchase date, condition and notes. A collection timeline groups every watch by date added, a value view totals your collection, a per-watch photo gallery keeps every angle, and Home Screen widgets surface your latest find at a glance. The watch finder side of the app tracks the brands and styles you scan most, the collection journal records where and when you spotted each piece, and insights surface the makers and movements your log leans toward. A watch guide library covers dress, diver, chronograph, pilot and field watches across mechanical, automatic and quartz movements, the watch photo viewer keeps every angle, and a bulk scanner labels an album folder of photos at once. Owned and wishlist counts roll up by brand so you know your collection at a glance. Everything works offline thanks to on-device Core ML, the interface ships in 39 languages with full accessibility, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type, and your data stays on this device, with no account, no cloud upload and no third-party server reading your collection. Designed for collectors, enthusiasts new to the hobby, watch spotters, resellers checking references, and anyone who wants a private watch recognizer that does not turn their hobby into someone else's training data. Unlock with Pro: - Unlimited identifications (free: 10 per week) - Full brand and model database - Collection analytics: value, brands, movements - Reference details and typical price ranges - PDF and CSV export of your collection Subscription Pricing & Terms Features require a subscription.
