WAPRO Mobile ST Fixed Asset Inventory - allows for a significant reduction in the time required to perform the fixed asset inventory. Inventory sheets from the WAPRO Best system are sent to users' smartphones divided into their locations. By using fixed asset labeling with barcodes and reading them using a camera, built-in code scanner or external readers, we significantly eliminate the possibility of errors occurring during the inventory. The mobile application is available in a version available for smartphones or tablets equipped with the Android system. After downloading from the play.google.com store, the application is equipped with a demo database. It is possible to change the application to full activity mode enabling data replication - feeding the database with data from the central WAPRO ERP system. To work in full activation, WAPRO Best and WAPRO Mobile ST programs with the 365 Business license are required, equipped with the Management Console necessary for system integration and parameterization. Example functionalities: • Fixed asset inventories - inventory • Intuitive search • Document and item filters • Sorting mechanism on item and document lists • Removing approved (server) documents • Messages to employees • Barcode scanning using a camera • Barcode scanning using a built-in keyboard reader (selected models) • Barcode scanning using external Bluetooth devices (selected models) • Printouts via WIFI, Bluetooth or in the cloud • Management console, allowing for work control and integration with the WAPRO Best system (in the full version of the system) Advantages and benefits: • Elimination of errors • Acceleration of the inventory process • Cost reduction by minimizing unnecessary positions • Increased work efficiency and comfort • Greater control over employees thanks to the use of the Management Console • Faster process management and elimination of the need for printouts • Access to many locations by dividing inventory sheets The full version of the software includes an annual 365 Business license, which allows for unlimited access to service support as part of having the current version in accordance with the support rules.
