Wallegram Cashier is the counter app for venues that run a Wallegram loyalty programme — cafés, restaurants and shops that keep their own till. Scan the customer's code or type their card number, enter the bill, and the app works out what they earn and what they can spend. Their balance updates and they are notified before they have left the counter. AT THE COUNTER • Scan a QR code or barcode, or find a customer by phone or card number • Enter the bill and read out exactly what they pay • Spend bonus as a discount, inside the limits the venue sets • Done in seconds, with nothing to learn WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS A sale rung up without a connection is kept on the device and sent the moment it returns. Nothing is lost, and a retry never records the same sale twice. YOUR SHIFT • Every sale you have taken, and what each one earned • Reverse a mistake inside the window your manager sets • Today's totals, always calculated by the server rather than the phone Wallegram Cashier is for staff and needs an account issued by your venue. It is not a payment terminal and takes no money — the venue's own till does that. The app records what was spent so the customer's loyalty balance stays correct.
