Store description excerpt

Wakeboarding Gizmo is a wakeboarding trick game built around the thing riders actually argue about: what you just did, and what it's called. Pull out of the wake, set your edge, spin, grab, land. The game reads the components of the trick — rotation, axis, approach edge, grab — and names it the way the sport names it. The same rotation off your heel edge instead of your toe edge is a different trick, with a different name and a different score. THE TRICK DEX 231 named tricks, every one of them landable. Each one you hit is catalogued with its components and its value. Filling the Dex is the long game. THE BOAT SHAPES THE WAKE Speed and line position change the shape of the water, and the water decides what you can throw off it. Learn to read the wake and the big tricks open up. CONTROLS THAT STAY OUT OF THE WAY Swipe and hold to edge, load and pop. Tilt to steer if you prefer. Deep vocabulary, simple inputs. DAILY CHALLENGE New conditions every day. One run, one score. WEEKLY LEADERBOARD Chase the week's best run. It resets weekly, so a bad week is only a week. VENUES AND A RISING RUN Ride different venues, and feel a single run get harder the longer you stay on your feet. FREE. NO ADS. NO IN-APP PURCHASES. The whole game. No currencies, no paywalls, nothing to buy. Plays offline — your runs sync when you're back on a signal. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app at any time.
