Store description excerpt
How many days until the next Visa Bulletin? For four to eight million people waiting on a U.S. green card, that number matters. The Department of State publishes the Visa Bulletin between the 8th and 15th of every month. Inside it are the priority dates that decide whose case can move forward and whose waits another month. The wait is long. EB-2 India sits at twelve years and counting. EB-3 India at ten. EB-2 and EB-3 China at six. Even Rest of World preferences move in fits and starts. People in this wait check the Bulletin obsessively the week it releases, refreshing travel.state.gov, asking colleagues whether the priority date has moved. WaitForecast is a reference tool for that wait. A Live Activity counts down to the next Bulletin release on the Lock Screen. When the data lands, the Live Activity updates with the new cutoff for the user's category. A statistical projection, derived from the past 24 months of Bulletin movement, shows a low-and-high reference range for when the priority date might become current. The projection is statistical, not predictive. It carries the only honest framing for a multi-year wait: a reference range, never a guarantee. What every user gets at install: - One active Applicant Profile - One active Live Activity for the next Bulletin release - Current Bulletin lookup across all EB and family preference categories - Six months of historical movement - The baseline statistical projection range Pro adds, for $19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial: - Visa Bulletin Live Activity - Lock Screen countdown until the next Bulletin lands. - Statistical projection - extends the regression to the full 60-month history for a deeper low and high reference range. - Dynamic Island status - folded and expanded states on iPhone 14 Pro and later. - Family profile management - primary applicant, spouse, qualifying children. - Always-active reference to eight immigration advocacy organizations - AILA, CLINIC, VECINA, NWIRP, ASISTA, IRC, CAIR, AIC. - 24-month historical Bulletin browser for any EB or family preference category. - Custom local notifications for Bulletin release days and cutoff approaches. - Cross-chargeability reference - statute text covering INA 202(b). A lifetime option is $49.00 once. For an applicant who already knows the wait is years and not months, lifetime fits the timeline. WaitForecast is a reference tool. It does not advise on case strategy, recommend visa category switches, predict individual outcomes, or substitute for a licensed immigration attorney. For immigration decisions, the right resource is an AILA member attorney. WaitForecast displays the publicly available DOS Visa Bulletin and applies historical regression for reference projections. The app stores all profile data on this iPhone. Statistical projections are rule-based historical regression run on this device. Open the app and start; there is no account to make.
