WabaOmni is the mobile app for the WabaOmni platform. It puts your business's inbox in your pocket, so your team can respond to customers without being at their computers. IMPORTANT: This app requires an existing WabaOmni account. It's an add-on to the web platform, not a standalone product. CONVERSATIONS • All your conversations in one inbox, organized by activity. • Search by name or phone number. • Filter by unread conversations or status. • If your business has multiple numbers, you can view only the one you need. MESSAGES • Send and receive text, photos, videos, documents, stickers, and voice notes. • Record voice notes by holding down the microphone button. • Everything is seen and heard within the app itself: photos, videos, and audio don't take you to another app. • Search within a conversation. TEAMWORK • Assign a conversation to a specific agent. • Change the status: open, pending, or resolved. • Add labels to organize. • Write internal notes that the customer never sees. • Use quick replies for everyday responses. ALERTS • Receive an alert when a customer messages, even with the app closed. • Each conversation has its own alert, and messages are stacked within it, with the time of each message. • Reply and mark as read directly from the alert, without opening the app. ORDERS AND CATALOG • View and create orders directly from the conversation. • Share products and your catalog with the customer. REAL-TIME New messages appear automatically, without any reload. 24-HOUR WINDOW WhatsApp only allows free messaging for 24 hours after the customer's last message. The app notifies you of the remaining time and explains why, instead of letting you write a message that won't be delivered. PERMISSIONS AND WHY • Microphone: only for recording voice notes. It is requested when you tap the microphone. • Notifications: to know when a customer has written. Camera and storage permissions are not requested: your system manages the camera and file selector.
