This application enables organizations to manage vendor requirements digitally, collect quotations in a controlled environment, and simplify approval workflows — all in one place. How It Works The Admin creates a requirement. Selected vendors receive email notifications. Each vendor submits their own quotation securely. Vendors cannot view other vendors or their quotations. Inspectors review quotations and approve or reject them. Admin finalizes and processes approved quotations. This ensures confidentiality, transparency, and a fair quotation process.
